UNIT®, operated under FibraHotel (BMV: FIBRAHTL), with address at Boulevard Atlixcáyotl Km. 5, Angelópolis, Puebla, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us.
Data we collect
Name, email address, phone number, stay preferences, and estimated arrival date. This data is collected solely through the website's contact form.
Purpose
The data is used exclusively to follow up on your request for information or tour booking. We do not share data with third parties except where required by law.
ARCO Rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition by sending an email to hola@unitpuebla.mx. Lead data that does not result in a booking is automatically deleted after 90 days.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed through a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. Payment is made monthly by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellations
- More than 7 days before check-in: full refund.
- Between 3 and 7 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours: credit toward a future stay.
Conduct on the property
The guest agrees to keep the unit in habitable condition, to observe quiet hours (10:00 PM–7:00 AM), and to follow the building's house rules. Damage to the property is deducted from the security deposit.
